Saturday April 2nd 1960 Norman and Beryl get Married  
 in April 1960 Norman married the love of his life  Beryl and set about building a home in to which they could raise a family ,the first months of their married life was spent in Anfield road attic   while their  own home was built. Despite    living with his mum for a little longer he never managed to master any of her cooking skills, though he did inherit his patience and  kind calm   nature from  his mum . To keep the cost of the new home down Norman did the electrics and fitted a kitchen with the help of his friend, neighbor and workmate SAM Norman then repaid SAM by building his kitchen for him , always keen to go out of his way to help neighbors and friends whenever he could ,I don’t think that ever changed.
