Thanks for the email, sorry to hear about Norman he was a real character.
I'll always remember him going out of the plant in open toed sandals after having his shower irrespective of the weather,
sunshine or snow it didn't matter to Norman (often wondered about his mental health) only joking :-)

More bad news.
Norman was an absolute gentleman and very much liked. Nothing was too much trouble and enjoyed life to the full.
I am sure he was an ex paratrooper in younger days.
You say he was about eighty, you are probably right.
Norman and his lovely wife Beryl always enjoyed and supported any company function. A true workmate.
